About Woodfield Aesthetics Clinic
Elegant surroundings, fully trained cosmetic surgeons and therapists who specialise in providing high quality aesthetic treatments.
Woodfield Aesthetics is the brainchild of Jan Lloyd, award winning make-up artist with over 20 years of innovation and excellence in micro pigmentation. At Woodfield, we provide innovative treatments and ensure that every client receives the very best care. Complimentary consultations are available along with post-care follow up with our resident surgeon, Dr Simon Gower.
Our clinic Doctor, Simon Gower, is a consultant anaesthetist. Born in Kent, he trained and worked in London, then Australia in the Flying Surgeon service, before moving north to Leeds and Hull.
He has been a consultant in the Hull and East Yorkshire NHS Trust since 1997, working initially with the plastic surgeons, then spending time in cardiac and ITU. He now works principally with one of the Breast Surgeons, and the Gynae-oncology team. He has a secondary interest in teaching and spends two afternoons a week at The Hull York Medical School.
Dr Gower is a registered practitioner of the ACE (aesthetic complications expert) group and performs all of the aesthetic procedures the clinic offers.
As an anaesthetist he is keen to make procedures as painless as possible!
His interest is in helping clients to feel better about their appearance with a combined approach of lightening jowls by fat dissolving and replacing lost facial volume under the eyes and cheeks with hyaluronic acid fillers.
I can't rate Woodfields enough. Everything about the place is fantastic, the treatments are all high end and completed by professionals. You are instantly made to feel welcome and never pushed into anything. I look forward to going back and will be recommending the place to everyone I know. Thank you.
